Magalhães are one of the most respectable in their field in the whole of Brazil. They are known associates, appointed and authorized, by the Central Bank of Brazil as well as all major commercial banks in Brazil. 


July 2016 Hotel occupancy in the area of Alagoas was 76%, with 5.5% increase from last year

Inbound foreign tourism in the area grew by 45% in comparison to July 2015

Alagoas State is considered a promising market for high investments in Tourism, Trade and Industry

In recent years there has been a substantial growth in real estate valuations

There are currently active investments in hotels, hostels, restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, universities, schools and infrastructure by the federal government of Brazil as well as private investors

Praia Captain Nicolas at Ilha da Croa is a paradise blessed with coral reefs, natural pools with warm and clear waters and several species of multicolored fish and native forests

The region is characterized by its rare natural beauty, has great potential for use mainly on developments related to the tourism industry, like resort hotels, theme parks or other undertakings of the same nature, as well as major investments in housing developments and condominiums residential and commercial throughout the north-eastern coast, enhancing the value of real estate, land and area for these use purposes. Currently the region is booming due to major investments by the rich and heavy industrialized interior and south of Brazil, where they have no access to a locale such as one of the Alagoas tropical beauty and beaches, unspoiled environment and clean water.  We are in the pleasant position to provide such estates to potential buyers as described in our professional grade feasibility study.

The highest quality materials have been used for the construction of the various hotel infrastructure and beach-front resort buildings

Existing infrastructure of land and resort, according to professional-grade feasibility study for expansion, building a beach-front luxury eco-condo hotel consisting of 336 keys up to 800 and/or, a 6-star hotel and more. We have conducted a market research on location which clearly indicates that the potential buyers of the beach-front eco condo hotel units mainly reside at the south of Brazil and the interior of Brazil and they are already spending the vacations in Alagoas and the north-east and they are willing to buy a bespoke holiday residence by the sought-after crystal clear beaches of the north-east (Nordeste)

Scientific formulas have been used to calculate the value of the estate which are all presented in our 2016 professional-grade evaluation report
